Positions

- Rear — over the arch on caps; back on beanies
“Over the arch” is a cap term. On beanies (and other knits), that same rear position is simply the back.
Strap and peak decoration are not offered.

Minimum order quantities
- Embroidery: minimum 24 items total, then in multiples of 8. Styles can be mixed (for example 8 caps + 8 beanies + 8 of another style) as long as the design is the same on everything.
- DTF: minimum 10
Artwork
Upload on the product page under each position you tick (email still OK for very large files).
Embroidery
- Preferred files: high-res PDF, JPEG or PNG
- Setup = digitising £20 per position
DTF (heat press)
- Preferred: vector (AI/EPS/SVG/PDF vector) or PNG with no background
- High-res, ideally 300 dpi
- Setup £0
If you only have a low-res logo, we can redraw or vectorise as an optional add-on (£15–£30 depending on complexity) — ask at proof stage or contact us.
How ordering works
We will send you a proof for approval prior to production.
- Choose your blank style, colour and quantity
- Select embroidery and/or DTF positions (rates as above)
- Upload artwork under each selected position on the product page (email still OK for very large files); we prepare a proof
- Approve the proof; we decorate and despatch
