Positioning guide

Standard embroidery and DTF placement areas on Captastic blank headwear. Use this guide when choosing positions on the product page or preparing artwork.

Maximum logo sizes

Position	Max width × height	Notes
Front	130 × 60 mm	Main front panel
Left side	75 × 30 mm
Right side	75 × 30 mm
Rear	90 × 20 mm	Over the arch on caps; back on beanies

“Over the arch” is a cap term. On beanies (and other knits), that same rear position is simply the back. Strap and peak decoration are not offered as standard.

Multiple positions are allowed on the same item.

Important

Branding areas are illustrative and not to scale. Overlays on photos and diagrams are guidance only — do not treat box sizes as exact millimetre-accurate proportions on the blank.
Positions are subject to confirmation and sight of artwork. Final placement depends on the design, the blank, and production feasibility.
